Roofing leads that are only ever yours.
We run the campaigns - nothing to set up. Every lead is yours alone, named to your business and delivered in ~60 seconds. Never resold. Prepaid, month to month, cancel any time.
Every lead you buy, someone else is pocketing the spread.
A reseller buys enquiries and sells them on to you at a markup. When their costs drop they keep the difference. When their costs rise, either your price goes up or your lead gets sold to more people. You lose either way, and you never see the upside. Pay-per-lead is a toll, not a partnership.

You don't know what your leads were promised.
A marketplace lead comes out of a black box. Some ad you never saw, on a page you'll never see, making a claim you never approved - and then the homeowner lands on your phone expecting a rock-bottom price and easy finance on a brand-new roof. That's not a bad lead. That's someone else's promise, and you're the one who has to walk it back.
You see the machine
From the day you're in: the exact page a homeowner lands on, the ad that brought them, and the campaign activity beside every lead it delivers. No reseller will ever show you the ad that made your lead - because then you'd know why it doesn't close. We do not hand the live page to people who are not paying for it, so the reveal comes once your first fee is paid, not before.
Sixty seconds, not six hours
The moment they submit, our AI texts them in your name and starts the conversation. The lead is warm when it reaches you - not because we filtered it, because we caught them while they still cared.
Scale without bidding against yourself
Need more than one engine produces? Take a second one. We map the audiences and creative so they do not chase the same homeowner, and a person who has already enquired with you stays yours.
What we put in writing: 10 quotes and $100,000 in quoted pipeline every 30 days or the fee comes back, your leads are named to you alone, and no other business goes on your engine while you are on it. Service terms →
A homeowner who enquires with you stays with you. If the same person comes back next week or next month, they are still bound to your business - never handed to anyone else. Talk to us about multiple engines →
Four steps, and you can be live this week.
Tell us your area
Just where you want the work. We put you on an engine that covers it: a funnel we have already built, tested and run, with a Meta ad account behind it. One business per engine, so while you are on it, it is yours. The engine's page and address stay private until your first fee is paid.
Pay our fee, get the ad account
$1,250 + GST a month, month to month. We then give you access to the Meta ad account that runs your engine, where you can see every campaign, every dollar and every result as it happens.
Add your own card
Your card goes on that ad account and Meta bills you directly for the $50 a day. We never handle your ad money, never invoice it and never mark it up. It is your spend, at Meta's price, in your own billing.
We launch and the 30 days start
Your cycle starts the day the ads go live, not the day you paid. The moment a homeowner submits, our AI texts them in your name and the lead lands in your dashboard, warm and named to you, with your guarantee tracking beside it.
"Exclusive" isn't a promise here. It's in the form.
Most lead companies ask you to trust that a lead is exclusive. We don't. Before the form is shown, your business name is written into the consent line, and the homeowner agrees to be contacted by you, by name. There is nowhere else that lead can go.
That name is chosen before the page renders and written into the submission itself. And it sticks: once a person has been assigned to you, every later visit from that person names you again. One lead, one business, on the record.
What you're actually buying.
A lead engine for your trade that runs all day, every day, and the guarantee that every lead it names to you is yours alone. You pay one flat, prepaid fee for the cycle - what it buys moves with your market and the season, and you can watch it happen in the dashboard rather than take our word for it.
Every cycle is a fixed 30 days, paid up front. What lands inside it moves with the market - some periods run higher, some lower. The window is fixed and so is the fee.
Every lead delivered to you is yours and only yours, named on the consent line at the moment of capture. This part is a guarantee - it's the one thing we fully control.
Month to month. Cancel before your next cycle starts and that's it - no exit fee, no notice period, no contract holding you in.
One fee to us. One budget to Meta.
- An engine that is already built and already running
- One business per engine. While you are on it, it is yours
- Access to the Meta ad account, so you see every dollar
- We write the ads, set the targeting, manage the spend
- Leads named to you alone, never resold, texted in 60 seconds
- Quoting, follow-up and live guarantee tracking in your dashboard
- Month to month, cancel any time
- More than one engine, or more than one trade
- Higher budgets and wider coverage
- Everything in the Engine plan
The fee above is ours and contains no advertising spend. Your advertising is billed by Meta to your own card, so you see what it really cost rather than what we say it cost. The guarantee is quotes sent through your dashboard against leads your engine delivered, and it applies to every cycle, not just the first. An engine runs for one business at a time, and engaging us gives you no exclusive right to any area or postcode.
The questions service businesses actually ask.
Why isn't it a fixed cost per lead?
Because a fixed cost per lead only ever protects us. Ad platforms don't charge a flat rate - what it costs to reach a homeowner changes with the season and with demand. A per-lead reseller pockets the difference when costs fall and quietly shares your lead harder when they rise. Either way you carry the market and never see the upside.
We do it the other way around: you pay one flat, prepaid fee for the cycle and we run the campaigns underneath it. When costs are good, that fee buys more leads. When they spike, it buys fewer - we are not going to pretend otherwise, and we are not going to water down the lead to hit a number we promised you. The fee is fixed and known; the volume moves with the market.
What does "exclusive" actually mean here?
It means every lead goes to one service business - you - and nobody else. Ever. Not sold to three of your competitors, not resold a week later as an "aged" lead, not handed to a marketplace.
And we don't ask you to take that on trust. Every homeowner consents to be contacted by your business, by name, at the moment they submit the form. The exclusivity is built in at the moment they submit, not promised afterwards. There is nowhere else the lead can go.
How are leads delivered?
Three ways, simultaneously. The moment a lead comes in you get an SMS to your phone, an email to your inbox, and it appears inside your Lead Gen Rentals HQ dashboard - so you can see every lead in real time from any device. If you run a CRM we can push directly into that as well. Most service businesses use all four so nothing slips through.
On top of that, our AI texts the homeowner in your name within about 60 seconds of them enquiring - so by the time the lead reaches you, the conversation's already warm.
Is anything actually guaranteed?
Yes, and it is quotes rather than leads. Every 30 day cycle we guarantee 10 quotes sent and $100,000 in total quoted value, against leads your engine delivered. Miss either number and our fee for that cycle is refunded in full. You keep every lead, quote and job it produced. It applies to every cycle, not just your first. We guarantee quotes because a lead count is the easiest number in this industry to hit and the least useful one to be handed: to get to 10 quotes worth $100,000 the leads have to be real people with real jobs who answered the phone and let you price the work. It is conditional on things you control and we have listed all of them: the $50 a day stays funded, you do not pause or edit the ad account while we are carrying a guarantee on it, leads get answered, and quotes go out through the dashboard so they can be counted. If your card declines and Meta stops delivering, the clock pauses rather than fails. What we still will not promise is a cost per lead, or that a quote gets accepted, because nobody controls whether a homeowner says yes.
Why do I pay Meta directly instead of paying you for ads?
So you can see what your advertising actually cost. When an agency takes your ad budget into their own account, the only record you get is the number they report. Here your card sits on the ad account, Meta bills you directly at Meta's prices, and you read your own invoice. There is no markup because there is nothing for us to mark up, and no incentive for us to inflate a budget because we do not earn on it.
It also means the two things are properly separated. Our fee is what we charge for running the engine and carrying the guarantee. Your budget is what it costs to reach homeowners. They are different numbers, they go to different places, and neither one hides inside the other.
Whose ad account is it, and what happens if I leave?
It is ours. We own the engine, the landing page, the brand behind it and the ad account that runs it, and you get access to that account for as long as you are with us. You can see every campaign, every dollar and every result in it. You do not get edit rights, because one well meant change to a budget or an audience can undo a fortnight of work on a guarantee we are carrying.
If you leave, you take your card off the account and we take the access off. The leads you were given stay yours, along with every conversation, quote and job in your dashboard. The engine itself was never yours and does not go with you, which is exactly why there is nothing for you to build, hand over or maintain in the first place.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. It is month to month, billed in advance. Cancel any time before your next cycle starts: no lock-in, no exit fee, no notice period, and you can do it yourself. Your ad budget stops when you take your card off the ad account, so there is nothing left running against you either. If it is not working for you, you leave.
