Lead Gen Rentals is an Australian lead generation company for trades. We build and run the campaigns, you pay Meta directly for the advertising, and every enquiry the engine produces goes to one business, named on the consent line and never resold.
What we do
Most lead companies sell the same enquiry to three or four businesses and let you fight over it. Most agencies take your ad budget into their own account and report back on how they spent it. We do neither.
We own the lead engine: the landing page, the brand behind it, the campaigns and the Meta ad account. We run it for one business at a time. You pay us a flat monthly fee for that, and you pay Meta directly for your own advertising, from your own card, at Meta's prices. We never handle your ad money, so there is nothing for us to mark up and nothing for you to take on trust.
How it works
1. Tell us your trade and the area you work in. We put you on an engine that covers it. One business per engine, so while you are on it, it is yours.
2. Pay our fee and get the ad account. We give you access to the Meta account that runs your engine. You can see every campaign, every dollar and every result in it.
3. Add your own card to it. Meta bills you directly from then on. Nothing goes live before this, because until it is done there is nobody for Meta to bill.
4. We launch and the clock starts. Your 30 days run from the day the ads go live. The moment a homeowner assigned to you submits, our system contacts them in your name within about 60 seconds, and the lead reaches you warm. If that same person comes back later, they are still yours. We never reassign a person to another business.
What we guarantee
10 quotes and $100,000 in quoted pipeline every 30 days, sent through your dashboard against leads your engine delivered. Miss either number and our fee for that cycle is refunded in full. You keep every lead, quote and job it produced, and it applies to every cycle rather than just the first.
We guarantee quotes rather than leads on purpose. A lead count is the easiest number in this industry to hit and the least useful one to be handed. Getting to 10 quotes worth $100,000 takes real people with real jobs who answered the phone.
Straight terms
Flat monthly fee, prepaid in advance. We do not run a period we have not been paid for, and the fee contains no advertising spend. Month to month, cancel any time before your next cycle, no lock in and no exit fee. Cancelling stops what you pay us; you stop your advertising by taking your card off the ad account, because that money was never ours.
